My 30-minute online one-on-one bespoke training provides ongoing support and encouragement to my clients as they work towards achieving their goals. I constantly give feedback during the exercises, correcting their form and posture for safe technique and injury prevention.
All my scheduled online personal training sessions are done via Zoom.
After booking your free trial session you will receive a ZOOM LINK invitation via email. A free 30-minute informal consultation and short training session will be held where we discuss what it is you are aiming for, as well as how I can help you to achieve your goals.
Once you decide to continue with my personal training sessions, you will be able to book single sessions or you can choose from session series of 5/10/20/40. On each 30-minute long session I will bring the best out of you through exercises that are suitable to your individual needs, specifically tailored to your age, health and mobility.
