Online Fitness Class Schedule (GMT):
Thursdays: 7 a.m. LISS (Low – impact Steady State).

Saturdays: 9 a.m. Strength and Cardio.

To join a class purchase an Online Class-Single Session or an Online Class Package by clicking on your chosen category.

Online Personal Training and Power Plate Personal Training can be booked very flexibly from 8 a.m.  to 8 p.m. on weekdays.

Your first session is FREE.
